Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Uphoryc product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
How to Start a Return
Email support@uphoryc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Warranty Returns
All products include a 2-year limited warranty. Warranty claims cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Battery capacity falling below 80% within 12 months is also covered. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the product you want. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
